Jada Brady, PVA

Jada was first elected to begin serving as Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) in 2022. Jada and her husband Chris Christy live with their three spoiled dogs in a home they built themselves out in the country. Jada’s objective in taking office is for it to be open, fair, and consistent. Linda Jako, Chief Deputy

Linda has served Clark County in the Clerk’s office for 25 years before making a change to PVA. Linda lives in Clark County with her husband John where they raised three boys. Linda is now the proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren. She will be working primarily in our mapping system, but regularly utilizes her vehicle expertise. Brent Chapman, Deputy

Brent has been with the Clark County PVA Office since 2020. In 2023 he earned his Certified Kentucky Assessor (CKA) designation. Brent lives in Clark County with his two beautiful daughters and Fiancée Aubrey Kirkland. He spends most of the time in the field updating photographs and taking measurements. Stephanie Caudill, Deputy

Stephanie started her career with Clark County PVA in 2023. She is married to Steve Caudill and lives right here in Clark County. Stephanie was blessed with one son and two stunning daughters. She now has the joy of watching her adorable grandson grow up. Her primary responsibilities are deeds, but enjoys working on any task within the office. Tammy Minter, Deputy

Tammy is one of two smiling faces you will see as you walk in the door at the PVA Office. She started in 2023 and came with previous experience in a Judge’s office. Tammy has two lovely daughters and three even prettier granddaughters. As she says we only have Girls! Tammy lives in Winchester with her husband Terry Minter. Valerie Moberly, Deputy

Valerie’s skill set as a former Realtor made her an excellent addition to the PVA office in 2023. Valerie is married to Ben Moberly and they are raising a handsome son and beautiful daughter here in Clark County. Valerie is the second smiling face  you will see in the PVA Office.
